Every review starts with a verification step. Reviewers confirm their experience privately — through a phone check or by linking an application reference — before a review is published. Only moderators ever see that private evidence.
Ratings are broken down into parameters like mobile app, customer support and branches, then combined into a weighted overall score. This makes the number harder to game and more useful to you.
We never let providers pay to change a score. Sponsored placements, if any, are always labelled and kept separate from the community rating.
