Smooth and reliable
Hotline picked up and resolved my issue on the first call. Wide branch and ATM network, always one nearby. Will keep using it.

Hidden charges I only noticed on my statement. Customer hotline is almost impossible to reach. Still waiting for a resolution.

Waited over an hour in line for a simple transaction. Hidden charges I only noticed on my statement. Hope they fix this soon.
